Hi I’m Nic And I have felt all of this. Changes in career, hormones, moving locations - destabilised me completely. I found the connection I needed most, was the one with myself. I teach and lead from experience. 20 years of corporate experience, 12 years in yoga studios and 7 years of almost yearly transitions. This retreat is for women like me. Women searching for a better version of themselves. Searching to be seen as who they are becoming.
